Don’t forget when you have done a good job to ask your customers to tell people about it – word of mouth referrals are the best source of new business, and you also find out about which parts of your service are most valued by your customers.
I sent a message out to a few people I have worked with over the last few months requesting a quote about the experience they have had with us – and I recieved the following:
